Garage contents
Show the whole space from the entrance and add photos of items tucked behind larger pieces. Mark tools, shelving and belongings that need to stay. Tell us about bags, tins or containers whose contents are not visible.
If the garage is reached by a shared drive, a narrow entrance or a carrying route away from the road, include that in your message. The amount to remove and the route out both matter to the assessment.
Loft contents
Describe how the loft is accessed and what is stored there. A photo of the hatch and access arrangement can help explain the job, but only take pictures from a position you can reach safely. You do not need to move heavy or unfamiliar items to make the enquiry.
A loft forming part of a wider property clearance can be assessed with the other rooms. Mention it from the beginning so the job description covers all the spaces you need cleared.
Shed contents and surrounding waste
Make clear whether you want stored contents removed, nearby garden waste cleared, or work involving the shed itself. Clearing contents and removing a structure are different jobs; any work on the structure needs its own assessment and agreement.

Shed removal is a separate assessment
The shed-removal example below shows a timber and wire-mesh garden structure removed, leaving the concrete base visible. Tell us whether you want contents cleared, a structure removed, or both; those are separate parts of the quotation.
Photograph the structure from a safe position and explain its size, condition, route to the loading point and anything attached to it. Tell us about roofing sheets or unfamiliar materials without disturbing them. The materials and work must be assessed before removal is agreed.

Is shed removal automatically included?
No structural work is agreed through a website enquiry. Describe exactly what you want so our team can assess it separately from clearing contents.
What if I do not know what is in old containers?
Tell us that the contents are unknown and show the container from a safe position. Do not open or disturb it just to take a photo.
