These terms cover use of this website. Your clearance quotation and collection arrangements are agreed directly with Clear It; this page is not the service contract.
An enquiry starts the assessment
Sending photographs, calling or suggesting a date does not reserve a collection. Our team assesses the waste and access and discusses the work and price with you. A larger or more complex job may need a visit.
The starting price shown on the website is not a quotation for every job. The actual scope and price must be agreed for your own clearance.
Describe the work accurately
Show the amount and types of waste, explain the access and identify anything that must remain. Let us know if those details change after the assessment. If you are acting for another person or a business, explain who can authorise the work and provide access.
Collection and payment
Collection is arranged after the work and price are agreed. Payment is made on the day by cash, bank transfer or card. Discuss any invoice or waste-record requirements before agreeing the collection.
Changes, cancellation or a concern
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel arrangements or if you have a concern about the work. Explain the collection and what you would like us to look into. These website details do not remove your statutory rights.
