Give us a clear picture of the job
Send wide photos that show the whole amount, then closer pictures of mixed or hard-to-see materials. Include your collection postcode and describe anything hidden inside bags, cupboards or storage spaces. Add photos inside WhatsApp; you do not need to upload them to this website.
Explain the route out: floor level, stairs or lift, gates, steps and the distance to a possible loading point. If somebody else holds the keys or manages the premises, mention that too.
Understand what the assessment covers
The amount, type of waste, carrying route and work involved all help us assess the clearance. A large lightweight pile and a smaller heavy pile can need different arrangements. You do not need to choose a van-load category to ask for help.
Photos may be enough for a smaller job. Larger or more complex work may need a visit. Tell us about changes to the pile or access before collection so the work and price can be agreed for the actual job.
Agree the work before arranging collection
Discuss what is included, what must stay and any requirements for access or waste records. Share your preferred day and any deadline. Our team will confirm the arrangements directly; a message or a preferred date is an enquiry, rather than a reserved appointment.
Prepare for the agreed collection
Separate belongings that must stay and make sure the person providing access knows what has been agreed. Let us know promptly if the amount, materials or access have changed. There is no online checkout or deposit on this website.
Payment is made on the day by cash, bank transfer or card. Discuss your payment and invoice needs with us when agreeing the job.
